I want to take a quick moment and talk with you about relationships that reward. The world tells us that relationships are meant to bring joy to our lives. Our spouse, friends, and coworkers should know who we are, embrace who we are, and accept us as we are.
Today I want to flip that upside down. Jesus came not to be served but to serve. He modeled a love that is countercultural and opposite to everything the world says. Instead of focusing on ourselves all the time, put God as the top priority and then seek to serve others. This will change EVERY relationship you have. God’s Word always teaches us the best way of doing life. I pray this helps you; it won’t be easy but int he longevity of your life, I know you will find God’s richness in your relationships.
