Facilities Manager – Mill Creek Campus

The Facilities Manager directs the Mill Creek custodial staff, and performs engineering responsibilities.  This person will oversee the preparation of the Mill Creek facility for all events and activities and will oversee janitorial, engineering, and landscape maintenance. This is a full time position.

General Responsibilities:

Job will be based out of the CFC Mill Creek Campus location.

  • Oversees and performs janitorial maintenance.
  • Oversees and performs building maintenance and repair.
  • Oversees and performs grounds maintenance and upkeep.
  • Oversees building security.
  • Demonstrates good planning, organizational, communication, supervisory, and team building skills.
  • Recruits and oversees volunteers for Facilities responsibilities.  Develops good rapport with volunteer team members.
  • Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills.

Lead Audio Engineer

The Lead Audio Engineer establishes the standard of excellence of audio mix and maintains quality of audio gear in use at every Christian Faith Center (“CFC”) location. The main responsibilities include interacting with its full and part-time (“Staff”), CFC Volunteers and other people or groups as assigned by the Creative Pastor. Other responsibilities include overseeing audio systems, upgrades and installs, facilitating audio for services, events and recordings.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent in the field of (one or more) Electronics, Communications, Audio Production, Media, Recording or Music.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in professional sound reinforcement, broadcast, production or recording.
  • Not required, but a bonus if possessing musical background.
  • Experience with multi-track audio recording to work on musical recordings and post production.
  • The ability to operate a medium/large-sized sound reinforcement system with sensitivity to both musical and ministry excellence.
  • The ability to function at a high level of effectiveness and to maintain composure in stressful situations.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate audio for services, conferences, and main events.
  • Recording Engineer for all recording projects.
  • Set and maintain an excellent standard of mixing and work alongside the Creative Pastor to mentor Audio Staff and active volunteers.
  • Regularly evaluate systems and initiate improvements and best practices when appropriate.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends as required.
  • Ability to work in a high profile and high-stress environment.
  • Willingness and stamina to periodically carry a heavy workload.
  • Periodic travel to and from offsite campuses and event locations.

Faith Sisters / Sunday Night Children’s Classroom Leads

The Classroom Lead is responsible for providing oversight, planning, and ensuring their assigned children’s classroom is a secure, nurturing environment where each child will see, hear, and feel the love of Jesus. The Classroom Lead will be responsible for running their children’s ministry classroom during Faith Sisters and Sunday nights. We are looking for a leader and communicator with a passion and mission for Jesus’ ministry to children and families. 

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement and teach classroom bible lesson for assigned classroom each week. 
• Incorporate and implement age appropriate crafts for assigned classroom each week.
• Lead class for the day.
• Make sure class is clean and stocked with supplies before leaving.
• Oversee the assigned classroom.
• Create a fun, safe, Jesus-centered environment.
• Demonstrate a positive and friendly attitude with the parents and the children who are in your care.
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures that ensure the physical and emotional safety, as well as the security of children in your care.
• Communicate consistently with parents/guardians, and supervisor.


• Must love people and children. 
• Possess a flexible attitude with experience in working with both young children and parents.

Nursery Director – CFC Mill Creek Campus (Part-Time)

The Nursery Director – Mill Creek Campus will be responsible for overseeing and managing the nursery classrooms for service and childcare schedule for Faith Sisters along with development of activities and projects for children’s events.

Purpose of the Job:

Oversee and manage the nursery classrooms for service and childcare schedule for Faith Sisters along with development of activities and projects for children’s events.  This is a part time position (25 hours/week).

Experience and Knowledge Required:

  • Love and desire to work with children
  • Early childhood education expeerience preferred

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

As nursery coordinator the responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Creating a monthly schedule of volunteers for the nursery
  • Developing curriculum (class schedule including games, activities, snack, crafts, etc.) within the classroom to support the various age groups
  • overseeing the nursery during service hours
  • Maintaining upkeep and visual aesthetic of the classroom
  • Report to director needs of the area to be taken into consideration for development, repair, and/or replacement
  • Inputting children’s attendance numbers/new visitors into Fellowship One

As childcare coordinator the responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing a schedule within the classroom to support the various ages in attendance.
  • Creating a monthly schedule of volunteer/teachers
  • Develop and implement curriculum in the classroom (preparation of craft, circle time activities)
  • Report to director needs of the area to be taken into consideration for development, repair, and/or replacement

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Introducing new methods into classroom to promote growth
  • Developing/Building events that pertain to all areas of Children’s Ministry (Christmas, Easter, etc)
  • Recruitment of volunteers within children’s ministry
